Digital Product Return & Refund Policy

This Digital Product Return & Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased from Apostle Interior Architecture & Design through apostleiad.com.

Digital products

Apostle’s digital products may include templates, worksheets, guides, forms, presentation files, project-management resources, educational materials, and other downloadable or electronically delivered content.

Because digital products are made available immediately after purchase, they cannot be physically returned.

All sales are final

All digital product sales are final once the download link, access link, or digital file has been delivered.

We do not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Failure to review the product description before purchasing

  • Failure to use or download the product

  • Lack of the software, equipment, or technical knowledge required to use the product

  • Incompatibility when the applicable file type or software requirement was stated on the product page

  • A preference for a different format, layout, style, or feature

  • A purchaser’s inability to achieve a particular business, design, or financial result

Please review the product description, included files, software requirements, license terms, and other purchase information before completing your order.

Technical problems and duplicate purchases

Contact Apostle when:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order

  • You accidentally purchased the same product more than once

  • The delivered file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened

  • The download or access link does not work

  • You did not receive the product you ordered

  • The delivered product materially differs from its published description

Requests should be sent within seven calendar days of purchase and include:

  • Your name

  • The email address used at checkout

  • Your order number

  • The product name

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A screenshot of any error message, when relevant

We will first attempt to resolve the problem by providing technical assistance, a replacement file, or a new access link. When we cannot provide a usable copy of the product purchased, we may issue a refund to the original payment method.

Unauthorized transactions

If you believe a purchase was made using your payment information without authorization, contact us promptly at hello@apostleiad.com.

We may request reasonable information needed to locate the transaction and review the claim. We will never ask you to send a full credit-card number by email.

Rights provided by law

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits a refund, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
